I’m writing this book because I know there are so many people out there praying for help, hope, or something that may support them, just like I once was. Along the way, different wellness technologies were shared with me at just the right moments, and I experienced that as a beautiful synchronicity. I am so happy and grateful they were shared with me, because I truly feel my prayers were answered.
This book is my way of doing my part to share what helped me. Not as promises or guarantees, but as my personal journey, what I experienced, and what I learned. If it brings hope to someone, helps them feel seen, or opens even a small sense of possibility, that would mean so much to me. Hope is powerful, and hope often leads to gratitude.
This book is for you if you feel drawn to explore wellness in a more holistic way, if you are curious about the mind-body connection, and if you are open to learning what may support your own journey. It is for those who are looking for hope, deeper understanding, and a reminder that change may still be possible, one step at a time.
If this message speaks to you, I would love to stay connected as this book continues to unfold and eventually becomes available.
There was a time when my body and mind did not feel like safe places to live in. After trauma and damage that began in infancy, I moved through years of challenges that many people could not fully see, from cognitive struggles and sensory overwhelm to pain, setbacks, and the heartbreak of wondering whether I would ever truly feel whole again. Later, concussions, disability, and repeated illnesses brought me even deeper into that struggle.
But this book is not only about what I went through. It is also about what began to change. Through faith, family support, spiritual guidance, and the discovery of wellness tools that helped me feel hope again, something new began to open inside me. Little by little, I started to feel stronger, clearer, more alive, and more connected to who I truly am.
My Healing Journey with Energetic Medicine is the story of that path, from pain to purpose, from fear to gratitude, and from simply getting through the day to wanting to share hope with others. I am writing it for anyone who has ever suffered quietly, searched deeply, or needed a reason to believe that change may still be possible.
These photos reflect memories from seasons when I needed more support to moments of greater freedom, hope, and possibility.
